YOLO Card: YOLO Card is the universal gift card offered by YOLO Cards. This gift card can be redeemed for all gift cards, products, and experiences available on yolo.cards. The gift card is valid for 100 years.
All Other Gift Cards: YOLO Card facilitates the sale of gift cards to several brands, products and experiences. Gift cards are sold via YOLO Cards for brands and products such as IKEA, Imerco, Zalando, etc. Therefore, you purchase the gift card from YOLO Cards, but it can only be redeemed with the partner. The gift cards are valid for 2 years.
However, as a consumer, you have a 14-day return policy on all gift card purchases online. Therefore, if you wish to return your gift card due to exercising your right of withdrawal, this must be done with YOLO Cards.

Ordering
You can order items from YOLO Cards in the following ways:- Online
- Via email (for business customers only)
Once you have entered into an agreement with us, we store the order information. You can view your order information on the screen as well as on the order confirmation sent to your email address. It is not possible to access the order confirmation subsequently via our website.
If you would like to receive a new copy of the order confirmation by email, please send an email to hello@yolo.cards .

Payment
All communication is encrypted and certified. If you're in doubt, check the list of certified stores. You can pay with the following payment methods on yolo.cards: VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When paying with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. In case of misuse, you have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment overview. YOLO Cards uses an approved payment service that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read. -
Delivery
All gift cards are digital and sent via email, delivered within 24 hours.When redeeming a YOLO Card, delivery of your new gift card will occur within 24 hours of ordering.
Contact customer service as soon as possible if your gift card has not been received by email as expected.

Return Policy
For Business Customers: The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made as a business customer.
For Consumers: The right of withdrawal starts from the time you receive the item. If you wish to cancel the purchase of a gift card, you must contact customer service within 14 days and inform them that you wish to cancel your order.
As soon as your order is cancelled, YOLO Cards automatically releases reservations on your payment card. If you have used a debit card, such as Visa Electron or Mastercard, your bank can hold the amount for up to 30 days. Most banks can release reservations earlier.
Only the buyer of the gift card can get a refund. Gift card recipients can exchange for another product within 14 days but cannot exchange for cash.
